Paying homage to its tradition of diving watches, OMEGA launched the Planet Ocean collection in 2005. The elegant OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer Chronograph pays homage to OMEGA's diving watch heritage.

This model, fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a blue ceramic dial with Arabic numerals and a date window at 6 o'clock. an intuitive reading of the time elapsed. The 45.5 mm stainless steel and 18K Sedna ™ gold case mounts a blue ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel with OMEGA Ceragold ™ graduated scale.

Other features include a screw-down caseback with honeycomb pattern and a blue leather strap with rubber coating.

The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Master Chronometer Chronograph is water resistant to 600 meters / 60 bar (2000 feet) and is equipped with a helium valve. The OMEGA Master Chronometer caliber 9900 that animates this timepiece is visible through the transparent caseback. To achieve Master Chronometer status, it passed the 8 strict tests established by METAS (Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
