The Speedmaster "Mark II" features a matte black dial protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It features a small seconds counter at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock and a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, and is also equipped with central hour, minute and chronograph seconds hands. An aluminum ring with Super-LumiNova coating illuminates the transparent tachymeter scale on the sapphire crystal.

The 42.40 mm stainless steel case is presented on a bracelet of the same material. This chronograph is powered by OMEGA's exclusive Co-Axial caliber 3330.
