Blue Side of the Moon

The Speedmaster is one of OMEGA's most iconic timepieces, having participated in all six lunar missions. In homage to this piece of history, the "Blue Side of the Moon" takes its name from the color of the night sky.

This 44.25mm chronograph features a blue ceramic case complemented by a blue ceramic bezel with OMEGA Ceragold ™ tachymeter scale. It is presented on a blue leather strap with a blue ceramic and ceramic coated titanium folding clasp.

Even more intense, the dial is in blue aventurine with 18K Sedna ™ gold indexes and hands and a red tipped hand for the date counter. At 6 o'clock is the moon phase indicator, equipped with a blue enamelled aventurine moon disc (patent pending) with the visible and dark sides of the Moon in Sedna ™ gold.

This timepiece is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer caliber 9904, certified by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS) to the highest standards set by the watch industry.
